– At 1029 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
Rainfall rates are heavy, up to 0.3 inch per hour and rising
snow levels and snow melt will increase minor flooding
chances.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
