* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE…Portions of central and northwest California, including
the following counties, in central California, northwestern Lake.
In northwest California, northeastern Mendocino.
* WHEN…Until 100 PM PST.
* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Overflowing poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are
elevated. There will be an increased risk of rock and land slides
along roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1042 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the
advisory area. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
Rainfall rates are heavy and the situation may evolve to a
greater flooding threat as the day progresses.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
