the cities of San Rafael and Petaluma.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Overflowing poor
drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 112 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Larkspur, Corte Madera, Fairfax, Cotati, Point Reyes Station,
