* WHAT…For the Lake Wind Advisory, west winds 15 to 20 mph with
gusts up to 35 mph. For the Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 32 expected.

* WHERE…Chesterfield, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lee, Newberry, Northern
Lancaster, and Southern Lancaster Counties.

* WHEN…For the Lake Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EST this evening.
For the Freeze Warning, from 3 AM to 9 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create
hazardous conditions for small craft. Frost and freeze conditions
could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage
unprotected outdoor plumbing.
