* WHAT…For the Small Craft Advisory, northeast winds 20 to 25
kt and seas 5 to 7 feet. For the Gale Warning, southwest winds
20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 7 to 10 feet
expected.

* WHERE…Sandy Hook NJ to Montauk Point NY out 20 nm.

* WHEN…For the Small Craft Advisory, until 6 PM EST this
evening. For the Gale Warning, until 6 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A Small Craft Advisory will likely be
needed at least through Friday for 5 ft seas.
