Special Weather Statement issued November 21 at 3:27PM EST by NWS Blacksburg VA

At 326 PM EST, an area of moderate to heavy snow showers was located
along a line extending from near Neola to near Alvon to near
Wolfcreek. Movement was east at 30 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this area of heavy snow.
Expect accumulations of a dusting to an inch, and visibilities under
a half mile at times.

Covington…
Clifton Forge…
Lewisburg…
White Sulphur Springs…
Ronceverte…
and Neola.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time when traveling.
