* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total accumulations between 6 and 12
inches, with the highest amounts on the ridgetops. Lower
elevations could see 3 to 6 inches of snow accumulations. Winds
gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Cambria and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday
morning commutes.
