Winter Weather Advisory issued November 21 at 1:17PM EST until November 23 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Greenville-Spartanburg SC

* WHAT…Snow expected above 3500 feet. Total snow accumulations
mainly of 2 to 4 inches with 4 to 7 inches on the highest
ridgetops generally above 5000 feet. Winds gusting as high as
45 mph.

* WHERE…Haywood and Swain Counties.

* WHEN…From 1 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…The snow will create snow covered roads and produce
scattered power outages. The hazardous conditions could impact
the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. Gusty winds
could bring down tree branches.
