* WHAT…Snow with accumulations between 2 and 4 inches.

* WHERE…In Pennsylvania, Fayette and Westmoreland Counties. In
West Virginia, Marion and Monongalia Counties.

* WHEN…Until 1 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning
commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Much of the accumulation will be on grassy
surfaces but roads could become snow covered tonight and Friday
morning.
