Winter Weather Advisory issued November 21 at 2:50PM EST until November 21 at 10:00PM EST by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT…For the first Winter Weather Advisory, snow. Additional
snow accumulations 1 to 2 inches. For the second Winter Weather
Advisory, mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations 3
to 6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…In Maryland, Extreme Western Allegany County. In West
Virginia, Western Mineral County.

* WHEN…For the first Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 PM EST this
evening. For the second Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 AM to 6 PM
EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the commutes
through Friday evening.
