* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central and northern California, including the
following counties, in central California, Placer. In northern
California, Amador, Butte, Calaveras, Colusa, El Dorado, Glenn,
Nevada, Sacramento, Solano, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba.

* WHEN…Until 900 PM PST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1135 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will
cause urban and small stream flooding.

Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Fairfield, Vacaville,
Citrus Heights, Folsom, Davis, Rocklin, Woodland, Auburn,
Grass Valley, Marysville, Placerville, Jackson, Carmichael,
