occurring or is imminent.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1135 AM PST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor
flooding is already occurring on I-280 near Geneva Ave.
Between 0.3 and 0.7 inches of rain have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor to
moderate flooding.
