Flood Watch issued November 22 at 1:41PM PST until November 23 at 4:00AM PST by NWS Sacramento CA

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…A portion of northern California, including the following
areas, Central Sacramento Valley, Mountains Southwestern Shasta
County to Western Colusa County, Northeast Foothills/Sacramento
Valley, Northern Sacramento Valley and Shasta Lake Area / Northern
Shasta County.

* WHEN…Through 4 AM PST Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS…Moderate to heavy rainfall has been observed and is
causing flood-related impacts in portions of the Watch area.
Extensive street flooding and flooding of creeks and rivers will
continue to be possible. Area creeks and streams are running high
and could flood with more heavy rain. Even after the rain stops
falling, flood impacts will continue as runoff works its way
downstream.
