expected.

* WHERE…In Virginia, Central Virginia Blue Ridge and Northern
Virginia Blue Ridge, and Eastern Highland and Western Highland
Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern Pendleton and Western
Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN…From noon today to 6 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
