Winter Storm Warning issued November 22 at 10:56AM EST until November 23 at 7:00AM EST by NWS State College PA

* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 4 and 8
inches on the ridgetops and 2 to 4 inches in the lower elevations.
Storm total accumulation between 6 and 12 inches. Winds gusting as
high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Cambria and Somerset Counties.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Friday evening commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strong winds and blowing snow may produce
near blizzard conditions at times into the evening.
