Winter Storm Warning issued November 23 at 8:37AM MST until November 24 at 5:00AM MST by NWS Great Falls MT

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Additional snow accumulations ranging
from 4 inches on the foothills up to 12 inches on mountain peaks.
6 to 9 inches of snowfall possible on Marias Pass. Winds gusting
as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE…East Glacier Park Region Zone.

* WHEN…Until 5 AM MST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Tire chains may be
required for some vehicles if traveling through mountain passes.
Those in the backcountry should ensure they are prepared for
dangerous conditions. Snow and blowing snow may reduce visibility
at times, especially this afternoon and evening.
