...Pacific Northwest...
Recent water vapor imagery shows persistent onshore flow regime
along the Pacific Northwest coast, with several small vorticity
maxima embedded in the flow.  Several pockets of lightning have been
noted with this offshore activity, but the trend has been for rapid
dissipation of lightning as activity moved ashore.  This trend
should continue through the day, with the risk of thunderstorms
primarily focused along the coast of southwest OR and northwest CA.

Rain/snow showers returned to the Yukon Delta Sunday afternoon as the next system arrived. Showers will stretch north to St. Lawrence Island by Monday morning and to the southern Seward Peninsula by noon Monday. Several county roads, mainly along the left bank are inundated. Several residents which live along the right bank in the vicinity of Highway 400 may experience water entering their homes at basement levels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 AM CDT Monday
