* WHERE…Ruby Mountains and East Humboldt Range in Elko.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 4 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
commute.
