.Low pressure is developing over the NE Gulf of Alaska and will
then remain relatively stationary through Tuesday. Moisture will
clash with established stable, dry air to produce consistent snow
and pockets of freezing drizzle for portions of the northern
Panhandle. Long duration snowfall will cause accumulations to
occur, particularly in the Juneau area.
