Special Weather Statement issued November 27 at 3:57PM CST by NWS Grand Forks ND

Lake effect snow will affect areas along the south and southeast
shores of Lake of the Woods this evening and overnight. Snow will
fall in relatively narrow bands that could reduce visibility at
times. Snowfall accumulation will range from 2 to 3 inches, but
could be locally higher within narrow bands. If traveling, be
prepared for rapidly changing road conditions and visibilities.
Travel could be difficult. Reduce your speed, turn on your
headlights. Don’t slam on brakes!
