snow potentially mixing with rain. The potential exists for
snowbands that will bring periods of locally heavy snowfall.
Heavy wet snow will cause weighted tree limbs, leading to snapped
branches and a limited power outage threat. Periods of moderate
and heavy snow will combine with low visibility to create
dangerous driving conditions. The hazardous conditions could
