to 5 feet in the most persistent lake snows.

* WHERE…The Eastern Lake Ontario Region.

* WHEN…From 7 AM Friday to 7 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS…Travel will be very difficult to impossible within the
heaviest portion of the band. The hazardous conditions will impact
the Friday morning and evening commutes.
