Winter Weather Advisory issued November 28 at 6:07PM EST until November 30 at 10:00AM EST by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT…Lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 5
inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph, especially near the
lakeshore.

* WHERE…Cuyahoga County.

* WHEN…From midnight tonight to 10 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Periodic, heavy lake effect snow bands will bring
occasional one inch per hour snowfall rates and poor visibility,
as low as one quarter of a mile, which will make travel difficult.
Plan for slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will
impact the Friday morning and evening commutes and any
post-holiday travel.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Greatest snowfall amounts of 3 to 5 inches
are expected in the far northeast part of the county, including
Euclid, Richmond Heights, Highland Heights, Mayfield, Gates Mills,
and other neighboring communities.
