* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow. Additional snow accumulations
between 1 and 3 inches with locally higher amounts across
northwestern Warren County.

* WHERE…Warren County.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Saturday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the evening commute and holiday travel.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Gusty west winds will also cause snow to
drift and repeatedly cover untreated roads even when snow is not
falling.
