* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…A Winter Storm Watch for lake effect snow has
been issued for Sunday into Monday to account for a second round
of notable lake effect snowfall. The ongoing warning was not
extended due to the expected lull in snowfall for nearly 24 hours.
