* WHERE…Portions of east central, northeast, south central, and
southeast Kentucky.

* WHEN…Until 7 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions tonight into Sunday
morning, especially on bridges and overpasses, and elevated or
exposed surfaces such as decks and walkways.
