Congratulations to Safety Rep Dave Strassburg!

It is my pleasure to announce that the 2020 Bradley FSDO Safety Representative of the Year, Dave Strassburg, was also selected as the 2020 Eastern Honoree for the General Aviation Awards Program! http://www.generalaviationawards.com/news/I

Aviation is Dave’s profession, his hobby, and his passion. When Dave is not working at his job as a Learjet pilot, you will find him instructing at Northampton, Massachusetts where he enjoys teaching in gliders, tailwheel airplanes, and the Red Bird Trainer.  When Dave is not instructing, you are likely to find him conducting an evening WINGS Safety Seminar.

Dave also volunteers his time as a Safety Rep and Designated WINGSPro for the Bradley and Boston FSDO and has been instrumental in assisting pilots in the New England Area with WINGS training and is known for his ability to answer WINGS questions.  He is commonly referred to as “The WINGS Guy” so much that Dave recently made a Facebook page as “The WINGS Guy” to be a contact and resource for pilots and flight instructors with WINGS.
