between 8 and 15 inches for much of the county. Locally higher

County where a persistent Lake Huron connection is expected to
persist.
* WHERE…Northern Erie and Southern Erie Counties.
* WHEN…Until 7 PM EST Tuesday.

mile due to falling and blowing snow. Whiteout conditions are
expected and will make travel treacherous and potentially
life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Heavy lake effect snow remains possible
through Tuesday afternoon, although overall snowfall rates should
be less intense with rates near 1 inch per hour possible in the
heaviest bands. A Lake Huron connection is expected to persist and
impact the far northeastern portion of Erie County where locally
higher amounts are possible.
