Special Weather Statement issued December 1 at 11:55AM AKST by NWS Anchorage AK

Bands of snowfall across the Pribilof Islands could become heavier
as the backside of a strong low pressure system moves through the
Bering Sea between Monday afternoon and Tuesday afternoon.
Due to the showery nature of these snow bands, the exact timing
and intensity could vary. Additionally, low visibility is
possible along with gusty southeast winds up to 30 to 40 mph
before a transition to lighter winds and snowfall rates Tuesday
night.
