Winter Storm Watch issued December 3 at 3:21AM EST until December 6 at 4:00AM EST by NWS Albany NY

* WHAT…Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 7 inches
of more possible. Winds could gust over 35 mph.

* WHERE…Hamilton, Northern Fulton, Northern Herkimer, and Southern
Herkimer Counties.

* WHEN…From Wednesday afternoon through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Snow will begin to overspread the area from
west to east Wednesday afternoon and continue into Thursday
morning then transition to lake effect snow showers Thursday
afternoon into Friday night. Localized snow squalls may be
possible Thursday morning. Gusty winds on Thursday may lead to
blowing and drifting snow.
