inches. North winds gusting 35 to 50 mph, strongest near the
coast.

* IMPACTS…Power outages are possible. Travel could be extremely
hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Multiple rounds of light precipitation will
bring chances for freezing rain. The first round, through
Tuesday morning, will bring chances for a trace to a few
hundredths of an inch of ice mixed in with light snow. Another
round of precipitation Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday
brings higher chances and greater amounts of freezing rain. The
highest likelihood for freezing rain and ice accumulation will
occur along a line roughly from Dillingham north through
Koliganek, in the area east of the Ahklun Mountains.
Temperatures are expected to rise above freezing and switch
precipitation to plain rain from east to west on Wednesday as
winds at the surface shift southeast.
