freezing will lead to widespread freezing rain for Haines and Mud
Bay today. As aloft temperatures warm over the course of today,
freezing rain is expected to expand northward along the Haines
Highway. For the Klondike Highway, incoming moist conditions with
with warm southerly flow will lead to increasingly wet
accumulating snow up to 4 inches.
