Snow squalls are possible today late morning through early
evening as a cold front moves across the Northland. Affected
locations will see rapidly changing weather and road conditions
with brief heavy snow and northwest winds gusting to 40 miles per
hour. A quick snow accumulation of 1 or 2 inches is possible. Be
prepared for areas of blowing snow. This could lead to rapid and
localized reductions in visibility down to one quarter of a mile.
If you are traveling and encounter adverse winter driving
conditions…reduce speed and make sure headlights are on.
