* WHAT…Northwest winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Portions of central and south central South Dakota.

* WHEN…From 6 AM to 6 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Brief reductions in visibility will also be possible with patchy
flurries and light snow.
