Illinois.

* WHEN…From 2 PM this afternoon to midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and cause
difficult driving conditions for high profile vehicles. Tree limbs
could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
