* WHAT…Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph
expected.

* WHERE…Portions of southwest and west central Iowa and east
central and northeast Nebraska.

* WHEN…From 9 AM this morning to 9 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

West winds will increase to 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 25 mph this morning into this afternoon. Meanwhile, minimum RH values will fall to 20 to 30 percent. Any areas with dry grasses or vegetation will be susceptible to elevated fire weather conditions. Check with the MN DNR or your local county before attempting any outdoor burning.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of central Missouri, including the following county, Pettis. * WHEN...Until 215 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 203 AM CDT, The transportation department reported flooding in the warned area.
