expected for much of northeast Minnesota.

Cook Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bois Forte
Band, Lake Vermilion area and the Fond du Lac Band. This also
includes the Boundary Waters eastern and central area.
* WHEN…From noon today to 3 AM CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strongest winds gusting to 55 mph are
expected in southern Lake County and could also result in downed
power lines and power outages. Localized heavy snow showers are
expected Wednesday and could produce isolated 1 to 2 inches of new
snowfall. This new and recent snowfall is expected to result in
areas of blowing snow. These conditions may result in visibilities
less than 1 mile on roadways.
