* WHAT…Heavy lake effect snow expected. Total snow accumulations
between 5 and 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Eastern St. Joseph IN, Elkhart, and Lagrange Counties.

* WHEN…From 5 PM this afternoon to 1 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. Blowing and drifting
snow as well as low visibilities can also be expected.
