Winter Storm Warning issued December 4 at 3:09AM CST until December 5 at 6:00AM CST by NWS Green Bay WI

* WHAT…Snow showers and locally heavy lake effect snow expected,
especially this afternoon and tonight. Total snow accumulations by
Thursday morning between 3 and 5 inches, except around 8 inches in
the northwest part of Vilas county. Winds gusting as high as 35
mph will produce blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE…Vilas County.

* WHEN…From 9 AM this morning to 6 AM CST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
drive to work and school.
