* WHEN…From 9 AM this morning to 6 AM CST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
