* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 3 and
9 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…Delta and Iron Counties.

* WHEN…From noon CST /1 PM EST/ today to noon CST /1 PM EST/
Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
