Winter Storm Warning issued December 4 at 4:18AM EST until December 6 at 7:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT…Heavy snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 4 and
6 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE…In Pennsylvania, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher
Elevations of Westmoreland Counties. In West Virginia, Eastern
Preston and Western Tucker Counties.

* WHEN…From 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions
could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
