Winter Storm Watch issued December 3 at 9:43PM CST until December 4 at 6:00PM CST by NWS Grand Forks ND

* WHAT…Blizzard conditions possible. Total snow accumulations up
to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph will lead to blowing
snow and reduced visibility.

* WHERE…Most of eastern North Dakota, including most of the Red
River Valley.

* WHEN…From 3 AM CST Wednesday through Wednesday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Whiteout conditions are possible, and may make travel
treacherous and potentially life-threatening. Plan on slippery
road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the
Wednesday morning and evening commutes, although the degree of
impact is still uncertain.
