Winter Weather Advisory issued December 4 at 11:12AM CST until December 4 at 6:00PM CST by NWS Grand Forks ND

* WHAT…Blowing snow. Areas of blizzard-like conditions,
particularly in open country. Additional snow accumulations up to
one inch. Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN…Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Roads have become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery
road conditions. Widespread blowing snow will significantly reduce
visibility, at times a quarter mile or less. The hazardous
conditions will impact the Wednesday evening commute.
