Winter Weather Advisory issued December 4 at 12:11AM CST until December 4 at 6:00PM CST by NWS Bismarck ND

* WHAT…Blowing snow expected. Northwest winds gusting as high as
45 mph will produce areas of blowing snow tonight through
Wednesday. There could be a brief period of light mixed
precipitation tonight, followed by rapidly falling temperatures.

* WHERE…From the Missouri River east through the James River
Valley, including Harvey, Jamestown and Oakes.

* WHEN…Until 6 PM CST this evening.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Areas of blowing snow
could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions
will impact the Wednesday morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Dress appropriately as wind chills will be as
low as 25 below zero.
