* WHAT…Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4
inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…In Pennsylvania, Lawrence, Armstrong, Butler, and Indiana
Counties. In West Virginia, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and
Northwestern Preston County.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning
commutes.
