* WHERE…Western Grant and Western Pendleton Counties.

* WHEN…From 7 AM this morning to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS…The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if
precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strong winds may result in downed trees limbs
and power lines, resulting in power outages. Have a plan to stay
warm in the event of a power outage; do not use generators indoors.
