HAZARDS…An area of moderate to heavy snow which can rapidly reduce
visibility to less than one half mile.

LOCATION AND MOVEMENT…At 1214 PM EST, an area of moderate to heavy
snow was over Berlin, or 13 miles south of Hoosick Falls moving east
at 25 MPH.

THIS AREA OF HEAVY SNOW WILL BE NEAR…
Williamstown around 1225 PM EST.
North Adams and Pownal around 1230 PM EST.
Stamford around 1250 PM EST.
Monroe and Florida around 1255 PM EST.

SAFETY INFO…
Use extra caution if you must travel into or through this area of
heavy snow. Rapid changes in visibility and potentially slick roads
may lead to accidents.

Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be
prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra
time to reach your destination.
