At 1237 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking a snow squall with strong
and potentially damaging winds along a line extending from near
Cleveland Heights to Loudonville. Movement was east at 60 mph.
HAZARD…Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph, visibility rapidly dropping to
one quarter of a mile or less, a quick snow accumulation on
area roadways, and a flash freeze of wet roadways as
temperatures drop behind the line of snow squalls.

IMPACT…A rapid drop in visibility and quick accumulation of snow
on roads will make travel conditions hazardous. Strong wind
gusts will blow around unsecured objects and may cause
scattered tree damage, resulting in a few power outages.
