* WHAT…West winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast Kentucky, southeast Ohio, southwest
Virginia, and central, northeast, northern, southeast, southern,
and western West Virginia.

* WHEN…Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The strongest winds will occur as an arctic
front passes quickly across the area during the overnight hours.
