* WHAT…Rain falling on cold surfaces. Rainfall totals of 0.50″
to 1.00″.
* WHERE…Valdez up to Thompson Pass.
* WHEN…From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Water flowing over snow and ice packed surfaces
could lead to hazardous travel conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Another round of rain will arrive in Valdez
this evening and continue through Thursday. Temperatures will be
above freezing for most if not all of this time period. Thus, do
not expect freezing rain and ice accumulation like Tuesday

precipitation, with snow, freezing rain, and rain all possible.
Temperatures will warm overnight tonight which will cause
precipitation to go to all rain for most, if not all, of the
Pass.
